    It’s a little frightening…My dad, who spent his entire career as a cartographer for the US Geological Survey, acknowledges that climate change is happening but refuses to call it anything but “a natural cycle”. To him, we didn’t cause it, there’s nothing to be done to reverse it, and we have no obligation to try.
    BTW – My dad is absolutely one of those seniors that has gone over the deep end by watching too much Fox news (referring to one of your earlier posts).

      Yeah, I know so many of those people…they are so convinced and so stuck in their little information bubble, mostly because in a weird way, even though it’s scary, it also feels better to be protected from all the “inconvenient truths” out there.
